The company supplies mainly laboratory equipment and consumables and is in the process of diversifying its portfolio into agro-chemicals and consultancy in process improvement management. The two founders having worked in the quality assurance laboratories, coupled by the expertise in marketing and sales, decided to form a company that was tailor made to meet customers’ satisfaction.
